Select any of the following questions to expand the answer:
How do I log in?
Select the icon at the upper right of the page to display the email address and password fields. You must be a member of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians. Use the email address you have on file with the AASV. If you’re a new member, have never logged in, or just forgot your password, select the “Reset password” button.
If you see a icon (or your directory photo) in that upper-right corner, you’re already logged in!
What is my password?
If you’re a new member, have never logged in, or just forgot your password, use the lost password form, enter your email address, and a link (URL) will be emailed to that address. Follow the link to enter a new password.
If you get an error that there is no such username or email address, it’s possible the website hasn’t caught up to changes made in the membership records and it should work in another couple of business days. If your email address has changed, please contact the AASV to update your record.
What about my username?
Just use your email address. See “What about my username?” for more information.
How do I change my email address (or mailing address, phone number, etc.)?
Please contact the AASV to make any changes to your membership information. You cannot make these changes online.
Some online services from the AASV allow you to set an alternate email address. Look for these on the Members page or in the Member Tools menu at the top right of the page.
I can’t find…
Please let us know! Email webadmin@aasv.org for assistance or call (+1) 515-465-5255. If it’s still 2024, you may be able to find what you’re looking for at the previous web site, now at https;//old.aasv.org/ but we’d really like to make the resource available here, too, if we can, so an email would be appreciated.
A link takes me to the wrong page or says it’s not found
Make sure you’re logged in (if a member). If you try to access a members-only page and aren’t logged in, WordPress will try to be helpful and find something (often a news item) that matches words in the link. If that’s not it, please email webadmin@aasv.org for assistance.
