FFAR Awards Third Cohort of Vet Fellows

The Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) is excited to announce the fourteen recipients of the 2021 Veterinary Student Research Fellowships (Vet Fellows) in partnership with the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC). Student Opportunity: CDC Epidemiology Elective Program

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is now recruiting medical and veterinary students to complete elective rotations in January 2022 and March 2022 through the Epidemiology Elective Program (EEP). This program offers 6- or 8- week rotations, which introduce students to applied epidemiology and public health. Students interested in pursuing a public health career, the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS), or how to integrate public health into their training and practice should apply! Applications for the 2022 program are due March 31, 2021.
