2025 Technical Tables Exhibit
The “Tech Tables” technical service promotion at the American Association of Swine Veterinarians Annual Meeting offers a premier opportunity for commercial technical representatives to exchange information and interact with swine veterinarians from around the world. Here’s who’s exhibiting in San Francisco!

The 2025 AASV Annual Meeting will be held March 1-4 at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, with the exhibit taking place on Monday and Tuesday, March 3 and 4. We expect approximately 1000 participants, including more than 600 swine veterinarians and 100+ veterinary students. In the past, 20-25% of attendees have been from outside the United States, with registrants from as many as 30 countries. The primary function of the meeting is to provide continuing education to swine veterinarians.
Description
Each participating company is provided with a 6-foot draped table from which to distribute information and visit with the meeting attendees. As in the past, material presented on the table is limited to scientific, educational information that will best inform swine veterinarians about each company’s products and services. Exhibitors are welcome to use their own table drape. Overhead or vertical banners, booth and tabletop displays, and large monitors are not permitted, nor is selling of product. Items on the table should be no more than 18″ high. This modest approach to the commercial trade show provides a level playing field for all participants and allows the event to concentrate on education, information, and networking with attendees, in keeping with the nature of the meeting.
Exhibitors typically include pharmaceutical and biological companies, equipment manufacturers, genetics and seed stock suppliers, nutritional and feed ingredient companies, technology systems providers, and industry publications. Here’s the roster of companies exhibiting in San Francisco.
The 2025 Technical Tables exhibit will take place according to the following schedule:
- Set up
- Monday, March 3: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
- Exhibit open
- Monday, March 3: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, March 4: 8:00 am – 12:00 noon
Exhibit Registration
Update: As of February 13, we still have room for a couple of additional exhibitors. Join us!
The Tech Table registration fee of $3000 per table includes the draped table and chairs, plus conference registration for up to 3 company representatives named on the application. Exhibiting companies will be listed and linked on the AASV Annual Meeting website, and are invited to supply a company logo and description for the mobile conference app. (Registration was due by October 1 to ensure recognition in the printed program book and eligibility to participate in the Industrial Partners sessions.)
Table Assignments
Preferential table sites are assigned to sponsors of the AASV e-Letter and members of the 2025 JSHAP Industry Support Council. A drawing is conducted to assign the remaining tables on an equitable basis. See this map for the exhibit layout.

- Shipments are not received on Sundays. Make sure packages are scheduled to arrive no later than Saturday, March 1, but no earlier than 5 days prior to pickup to avoid extra storage charges.
- The FedEx Office will open early on Monday, March 3 (by 6:30am) to deliver the packages. Your table number must appear on each package for delivery to your exhibit table.
Exhibit Services
Given the low-key nature of the exhibit, most exhibitors do NOT require electricity or dedicated internet service, and these are not included in the exhibit fee.
- Electricity: If needed, power must be ordered in advance. Order online at www.edlen.com, or submit this form. There is a discount for online orders placed prior to February 7.
- Internet: While shared WiFi for light usage will be available in the exhibit hall, bandwidth will be limited. If dedicated internet is desired, it must be ordered from the Marriott Marquis using this form.
Representative Registrations
Non-veterinary attendance at the meeting is limited (as described here), but includes up to six Technical Table representatives per exhibit table, as follows:
Three (3) registrations for exhibit representatives are included with each paid exhibit registration. The 3 representatives listed on the exhibit registration form are welcome to attend any of the scientific sessions beginning Sunday noon through Tuesday, and receive admission to Monday’s luncheon and evening awards reception and Tuesday’s breakfast. Exhibit representatives may register for the preconference seminars on Saturday and Sunday by paying the seminar registration fee(s).
In addition to the three representatives included on the exhibit application, up to three more representatives may also register for the meeting as “Additional Tech Table Representatives” at the nonmember/exhibitor rate. These registrations must be submitted individually. Any additional representatives beyond these six total are eligible to register ONLY if they meet the usual attendance criteria.
Need to change a representative? Contact aasv@aasv.org.
The name badges and meal tickets for your representatives will be available to pick up (under their individual names) at the AASV registration desk in the conference hotel.
Industrial Partners Presentations
Companies registered for the exhibit prior to October 1 qualify to participate in the Industrial Partners oral and poster sessions at the meeting. See here for details. Space is limited; submissions are due October 1.
Lodging
AASV has a room block at the conference hotel; click here for details. Don’t fall prey to the scam artists who call or email your company with an urgent offer to book rooms for the meeting. The AASV does NOT utilize 3rd party booking services.
Refund Policy
AASV will refund payment in full if a written request for cancellation is received by January 10, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will result in forfeiture of payment unless the space is purchased by an unconfirmed applicant. Cancellations will not be accepted or refunds issued to companies scheduled to participate in the Industrial Partners oral or poster sessions.
Attendee List
AASV Board policy does not allow the release of AASV attendee names or their contact information. In the past, many of our exhibitors have received unsolicited offers to purchase a list of AASV Annual Meeting attendees. These offers are scams; no such list is available.
