Room Rate

The AASV room block rate is $255 per night for a single or double room ($285 for triple; $315 quad). The total after taxes (16.5% sales/city tax plus $0.73 California tourism fee) is $297.81. The cutoff date is February 4, but AASV’s block typically fills well before then, so make your reservation early!

Important Message

In the past, AASV members and exhibitors have been contacted by companies purporting to handle lodging reservations for the AASV Annual Meeting. AASV does NOT contract with ANY third party to reserve lodging, nor does the hotel contact members or exhibitors to initiate reservations. We strongly encourage all meeting attendees to shun such offers, and to contact the conference hotel directly to make lodging reservations for the meeting within the AASV room block.
