Fees and Eligibility

The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Veterinarians and veterinary students may register to attend. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see *Not a veterinarian? below).

Conference Registration

Registration will open in late December.

The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 pm Tuesday, including posters, exhibits, and access to the digital conference proceedings. Registration also includes Monday’s noon luncheon and evening Awards Reception, and the AASV Business Breakfast on Tuesday morning.

Registration fees have been set as follows. Dues-paid membership for 2025 (2024-25 for veterinary students) is required to qualify for the member registration rates.

Single day registrations are not available, nor is there an option for virtual attendance.
