Description
The person selected to fill this position will serve primarily as the Veterinary Technical Service contact for the Swine Business Unit.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct field investigations when needed
- Assist sales and marketing for customer and product support
- Monitor and support on-farm clinical investigation
- Serve as a technical service liaison to regulatory affairs
- Represent the company and business unit at state and local veterinary and producer continuing education and trade show programs
- Assist in the generation of all pharmacovigilance activities and reports
- Develop and assist in providing training to customer or swine business unit

US-Indiana-Indianapolis

US-Illinois-Mundelein, US-Illinois-Peoria, US-Illinois-Des Plaines, US-Illinois-Rolling Meadows
Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
- 3 years minimum of private practice experience in a large animal practice
- Computer Experience – Able to quickly learn omputer programs (e.g. PV Works)
- Skills in interpersonal communications, especially conflict management
- Ability to travel in excess of 25%
Preferred:
- 3+ years of industry experience in swine production or swine exclusive veterinary practice
