AASV Plans Listening Session to Discuss PMWS

The Executive Committee of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians (AASV) is organizing a listening session to update members on the current status of Postweaning Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome (PMWS) in North America. The session, open only to AASV members, will be held from 1:00 – 3:00pm on Tuesday March 7th following the association’s annual meeting in Kansas City, MO and will be chaired by Dr. Tom Gillespie. The session will provide an opportunity to update practitioners regarding the current status of PMWS in the U.S., Canada and Europe and serve as a forum for veterinarians to discuss their experiences with the syndrome in their practices.
