Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly Canada Inc. is engaged in the discovery, development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative animal health products. We currently have a full-time position available for a Swine Technical Service Associate.
Reporting to the Swine Business Manager, you will work closely with other members of the Elanco team providing technical training and support in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. You will interact with customers in the veterinary, animal feed and livestock industries to provide technical service in support of the Elanco swine product line.
You must possess a DVM and ideally have at least 3 years recent experience in the Canadian swine industry. DVMs with post graduate training in swine production or nutrition would be an additional asset. You must also have superb interpersonal and teamwork skills, excellent computer skills, ability to work independently and be willing to travel within Eastern Canada. Spoken and written English and French is a requirement.
You can be based either in Ontario or Quebec. You will be working primarily in Eastern Canada but will be required to travel nationally and internationally periodically.
