Students VM 1-4: Signup Extended until Feb 14 for Speed Networking in San Francisco

Students, are you looking for employment following graduation? Do you want to improve your interview, networking, and communication skills? We have the perfect opportunity for you at the AASV Annual Meeting in San Francisco! And it’s now open to all veterinary students, first through fourth years, attending the annual meeting!

The AASV Student Engagement Committee is once again coordinating this efficient Speed Networking event for veterinarians and veterinary students at the AASV Annual Meeting on Sunday, March 2nd from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in Nob Hill A&B at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

This series of mini-networking conversations is a great opportunity for students to interact with potential employers and colleagues and sharpen networking and communication skills. Your company or practice does NOT have to be hiring for you to participate. You can use this to screen potential candidates for jobs or preceptorships or simply to help students become more proficient at discussions with potential employers.

STUDENTS – If you are a veterinary student student (VM1-4) who is interested in participating in this fun activity, fill out THIS FORM by February 14 to register!

AASV MEMBERS – AASV members, would you like to meet the “up and coming” generation of swine veterinarians? If you are interested in participating, please contact Mallory Wilhelm (studentdelegate@aasv.org) with your name and location as well as your company’s website if desired, by February 14.

If you have any questions, please contact Mallory Wilhelm, AASV Student Delegate.

Don’t miss the opportunity to network at the AASV Annual Meeting in San Francisco!
