GENICS, an Australian based global leader in next-generation early pathogen detection and food security technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swine Veterinarian to join our rapidly growing team of experts.
The key objective of this US-based role is to build and lead our client engagement and pork strategy for North America by demonstrating the value of our unique very early pathogen detection and disease surveillance platform called Pork MultiPath. This key leadership role works closely with our CEO and Managing Director, senior R&D leadership team, and Marketing Director to service existing clients, and works with new ones to develop unique health management plans and customized client solutions. Your well-rounded industry profile and experience will help increase Genics’ awareness through your existing client network, social media channels, attending tradeshows, conducting educational workshops and face to face customer site visits.
Furthermore, a vital part of the role will focus on improving, updating, and growing our pig-specific education materials. This content will demonstrate to the North American swine community the importance of regular and very early pathogen testing and disease risk mitigation plans.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to develop customized disease and health management plans
- Provide Thought Leadership around pig pathogen diagnostic services to Pig Industry
- Collaborate closely with local R&D team to build next generation diagnostic tools
- Educate clients on the importance and impacts of building an early warning system
- Input client data and manage client communication via HubSpot CRM
- Attend swine industry trade shows and exhibitions In the region
- Own and manage the necessary regulatory approvals in North America
- Create, update and deliver sales and educational presentations and content
- Engage and participate in global Swine Veterinarian Industry webinars
- Own and actively drive the commercial engagement strategy with our client base
- Adhere to company values and embrace company culture
- Participate actively in weekly internal commercial and operational meetings
- Some domestic and global travel visiting clients and farms may be required

Required Experience and Skills
- Applicant must hold a mandatory Bachelor degree majoring in Veterinary Science from a US recognized tertiary institution
- Detailed experience in swine veterinarian work and industry health planning
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Must have existing legal working rights in the United States
- Fluent in English language
- Spanish language skills an advantage
