Apiam Animal Health (Apiam) is one of Australia’s leading rural veterinary businesses made up of 63 business sites as part of a team of over 700 dedicated professionals. Apiam Animal Health is seeking a veterinarian with 2+ years swine consultancy experience to join our swine services team.
The role
Based in Perth, Western Australia, this role gives you the support of a national team of highly qualified and experienced pig veterinarians.
- Provide preventative health programs, disease investigation, production data analysis and biosecurity auditing services to a loyal progressive client base.
- Investigate acute and chronic disease problems and put preventative programs in place.
- Analysing data, applied research and developing new tools.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as well as 2+ years in a swine consultancy position.
- A strong background in mixed practice services will also be considered.
- Ability to learn from those around you with a passion for professional development.
- Actively contribute to the future development of the services and products that the Apiam team provide.
