Position Announcement: Associate Swine Veterinarian

Pipestone Veterinary Services is seeking an Associate Swine Veterinarian in Rensselaer, Indiana. Every day, independent family farms across the country rely on Pipestone Veterinary Services to provide outstanding veterinary care to assist with their ability to provide a wholesome food source to help feed the growing world. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our fast-paced veterinary team as we continue our next phase of growth.

As a veterinarian, you already have a pretty good idea of the day-to-day requirements associated with this type of job, but here are a few we would like to highlight:

  • Work directly with pig farmers and become a trusted advisor for their operation.
  • Identify root causes of diseases, accurately diagnosis and help pigs get better.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day problems farmers are experiencing. Basically, help our clients be the best they can be.

Position Specifications

  • Education: Must possess a DVM.
  • Experience: Prior experience in veterinary field preferred, but not required.
  • Position will have small amount of mixed animal work.
