Mark Your Calendar – BODYATTACK® Class is Back at the VIRTUAL AASV Annual Meeting

Please plan to roll out of bed at 6:00 AM (CST) Sunday morning, February 28, and join us from your living room for a free early workout! All you need to do is add the BODYATTACK® Exercise Class to your AASV Annual Meeting schedule, wipe the sleep out of your eyes, and click on the Zoom link provided in the schedule! Join your fellow attendees for some fun and get your day started off right!

The session will be hosted by DSM NUTRITIONAL PRODUCTS and taught by Ben Pratte, a LES MILLS® instructor. He will lead a BODYATTACK® class, which is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. BODYATTACK combines athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Accompanied by energizing tunes, Ben will lead you through the workout – challenging your limits and leaving you with a sense of achievement. BODYATTACK is a pre-choreographed program that is done in more than 80 countries around the world. Just like the other Les Mills Programs, whenever you go to a BODYATTACK class, you can expect it to run with the same format. Join us for a fun, high-energy, 30-minute fitness class with moves suitable for total beginners to confirmed addicts. No equipment is required other than workout clothes and shoes.

If you prefer to turn off your zoom camera after the 6:00 AM class starts, it’s perfectly fine, but we know showing up will make you feel better and look better (possibly)! Hope you can join us!
