Use of these images
AASV members are especially encouraged to use the contributed images for their own reference and for extending their own knowledge.
Brief scholarly use — such as inclusion in a classroom lecture or when speaking at a conference — is generally permissible as well. It is important to credit the contributor of the image; a mention of the AASV is also appreciated but is less important. Please do not attempt to remove the "watermarked logo," though you can click in the image to move it to a more convenient location.
Commercial use or publication is not covered by the informal understanding we have with our contributors. To obtain appropriate permission, you will need to contact the contributor of the slide directly. You may be able to obtain a higher-resolution, un-marked image from the contributor, or (if you do receive permission) you are welcome to use the image from our site.
