The "Swineology" game developed by the National Pork Board and presented during the AASV Annual Meeting Influenza Preconference Seminar is now available for purchase from the Pork Store for $25 + S&H. The playbook includes a variety of fun, educational games for agricultural youth and young adults, aged 5 to 21, focused on zoonotic diseases of livestock with an emphasis on swine.
It is the National Pork Board’s goal that game participants will gain a better understanding of complex topics such as biosecurity, routes of disease transmission, signs and symptoms of disease-causing agents, and the definition and importance of zoonotic diseases in the swine industry.
