Mail Your AASV Vice President Ballot Today: Due March 1

The annual election for AASV Vice President is under way. The nominee is Dr. Mary Battrell (Garland, North Carolina), with space on the ballot for a write-in candidate. Information about Dr. Battrell appears in the January/February 2019 issue of the Journal of Swine Health & Production. You’ll also find a line on the ballot for the President-elect, who traditionally ascends from the Vice President position. If you’d like to refresh your memory about Dr. Jeff Harker, this year’s candidate for President-elect, you’ll find his VP candidate’s message from last year in the January/February 2018 issue of the Journal of Swine Health & Production.

Ballots have been mailed to all AASV Active Members (veterinarians in the US, Canada, and Mexico) and must be returned by mail. Only official ballots received in the AASV office by March 1 will be counted. The election results will be announced at the AASV 2019 Annual Meeting in Orlando.
