The Technical Services Swine position has the following tasks:
- Leading of dedicated internal technical teams including moderation of technical meetings and conference calls
- Coordination of transfer of product-related know-how between operative units according to best practice transfer
- Management of selected marketing trials of global importance (side by side and via statistical process control)
- Organization and provision of publications for international conferences, in peer-reviewed papers as well as lay journals for veterinarians and producers
- Management of corporate symposia at international conferences, symposia and trade shows
- Development and leading of international key opinion leader relationships
- Responsibility for technical marketing platforms
- Assessment of competitor activities and evaluation of competitor products
- Coaching of technical teams in operative units
Your profile:
- Degree in veterinary medicine
- Extensive knowledge of the swine industry
- Field experience in swine disease control
- Advanced computer skills
Your pragmatic managerial skills and strategic approach are just as important to us as your ability to teamwork in a global environment and your advanced communication skills. Furthermore your creativity, persistence and boldness help you to develop and drive innovative, customer-focused solutions. The international nature of the task requires an excellent command of English – both written and spoken – and willingness to travel frequently. Knowledge of other languages would be desirable.
