Have you worked on a project or developed resources related to animal or public health this year? Would you like to share it with an avid audience?
Presenters are wanted for the 6th Annual Applied Animal and Public Health Research and Extension Symposium. This event is sponsored by the American Association of Extension Veterinarians and will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm in Minneapolis, Minn (coincides with the US Animal Health Association Annual Meeting).
Presenters will be given 15 minutes to summarize a project that highlights an animal or public health topic applicable to an audience of extension veterinarians and animal health regulators. There will be 5 minutes allowed for Q&A.
Even though there is no funding available for presenters, don’t let that stop you from sending in an abstract to the moderators! Please submit abstracts by September 15, 2010. You are not required to register for USAHA if you are only attending/presenting at this session. Let us know if you have questions!
