Danita Rodibaugh, an Indiana pork producer has been selected as the new secretary treasurer of the U.S. Meat Export Federation board of directors. She is extremely well-prepared, based on many years in the top leadership of the U.S. pork industry. Rodibaugh was appointed to the National Pork Board (NPB) in 2001. She later chaired the NPB budget committee and was elected NPB president in 2005.
During his tenure as USDA Agriculture Marketing Service Deputy Administrator, NMA’s CEO Barry Carpenter had oversight responsibility for NPB and worked closely with Ms. Rodibaugh. "Danita has a wealth of knowledge about the pork industry and is a relentless advocate for U.S. agriculture," Carpenter says.
