The second Minnesota Swine Summer Institute will be held between August 13 and September 21, 2007 at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota. The inaugural Summer Institute in 2006 included ten participants from the USA, Spain, Australia, Korea, and Venezuela.

The institute is targeted at DVM students, recent DVM graduates or others looking to obtain detailed knowledge of swine health and production and the US swine industry.
Participation in the individual two week courses is possible. The final Advanced course includes participation at the Allen D. Leman Swine conference from September 15-18.
