Data was collected on multiple site characteristics to conduct risk factor analysis. On June 8, 2017, 6 of 10 finishing pig lots delivered to the plant tested positive by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction for SVA RNA. Subsequently, 88 lots presented vesicular lesions at the plant, and 74 lots tested positive between June 8 and July 10, 2017, which was a significant temporal cluster. ER -
